Monarch Tarnished Copper Sockets and Switches

We have a full range of Monarch Tarnished Copper sockets and switches, available to buy now from Socket Store. 

As these plates are hand tarnished they are all unique, therefore colours and markings can vary. They are copper plates that have been tarnished at the point of manufacturing, then lacquered for protection. This gives it a non-uniform finish. No two plates are the same!

Please note: These plates must be fitted with gaskets (supplied). Not suitable for freshly plastered walls. As these plates are made of copper they are not suitable for newly plastered walls. Please allow 6 months before fitting to freshly plastered walls. This ensures the walls are fully dried out and won't cause corrosion to the plates.

These plates require standard back box depths. We would recommended the following minimum back boxes:

Switches: 16mm
Socket & Dimmers: 25mm
USB Sockets: 35mm
Shaver & Cooker Switches: 47mm
